The Ultimate Content Stack for Every Event

A lot of brands pour energy into planning events - but barely scratch the surface when it comes to content.
And we get it. Things move fast. You're juggling guest lists, run sheets, talent wrangling, last-minute curveballs - and suddenly, content becomes a “just get a few photos” situation.
But here's the thing: if you’re already going to the effort (and the spend), you might as well walk away with a full suite of assets that can fuel your socials for weeks - even months.
That’s what we call the Ultimate Event Content Stack - and it’s how we make every shoot work harder.
So, what’s in a smart Event Content Stack?
A well-planned stack covers all your bases. Here’s what we recommend building into every event capture:
1. The Hero Cut
Your main recap. 20–60 seconds of energy, movement, and brand impact. Social-first, polished, and punchy.
→ Ideal for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, EDMs, or internal wrap-ups.
2. Micro Reels
Short, single-moment cutdowns (5–15 seconds) focused on specific talent, key soundbites, crowd energy, product shots, or activations. This can range from a slick cinematic edit, to even just a couple static tripod shots of individual event moments.
→ Great for drip-feeding content in the days after the event.
3. Stills (but styled for social)
Not just standard press shots - we’re talking clean verticals, candid crowd moments, hero product imagery, behind-the-scenes shots.
→ Gives your grid, stories, and press kits more flexibility.
4. Vox Pops or Key Talent Clips
Ask 1–2 great questions on the day. You’ll walk away with a usable voice, vibe, or testimonials to thread into future edits. This is also a great way to draw in peripheral viewers - people who aren’t tied to your event, but connect with the talent on screen. It’s about humanising the brand and widening your reach.
→ Super useful for turning a social moment into a longer campaign.
5. BTS (Behind the Scenes)
Candid team moments, crew shots, setting up, the calm before the storm - these add depth and authenticity.
→ Especially useful if your brand is building community or transparency.
Why this matters
Posting once the day after your event is great.
Posting ten times over the next few weeks? Even better.
A full stack means you’re never scrambling for content. It builds consistency, stretches your ROI, and lets your event live well beyond the night itself.
Most importantly: it keeps your brand in front of people for longer - and in better ways. The kind of content that has your audience already looking forward to the next one.
We don’t just show up and shoot what happens.
We think ahead.
We shoot with intention - thinking about how each moment can work now and later.
Whether it’s a quick activation or a full-day event, our goal is the same: deliver content that lasts longer than the cocktails.
